可以玩 SteamVR 或 Oculus Rift 游戏吗?
Yes but you need a VR ready PC running Windows 10 or 11 (it won't work on a Mac). Be sure to launch your games from the Games tab in the Virtual Desktop menu in VR. Not all games are compatible with Virtual Desktop, see our 游戏兼容性 页面。

如果你尝试连接 Shadow 或其它云服务:

确认路由器设置中没有配置任何 DMZ 主机

如果你的网络运营商(ISP)使用 DS-Lite,需要切换到 Dual Stack 或 IPv4

如果运营商使用了双重 NAT,可能导致无法连接。请联系运营商获取公网 IPv4 地址。
提示“正在测量带宽”后断开连接
桌面上应会出现错误提示说明原因。通常发生在以下情况:

没有为独显或核显安装最新驱动。如果使用 Intel 笔记本,请确认安装了 最新的 Intel 驱动.

在显示设置中开启了 HDR / 广色域(WCG)

有 VPN 或杀毒软件阻止了到电脑的连接

安装了 Avast、AVG 或 McAfee,请卸载它们,否则会导致无法正常工作。
已连接但只看到黑屏

确认显示器已被 Windows 识别。部分显示器/电视需要开机才能被检测到。

If you have an Nvidia based laptop, right-click the desktop and click Nvidia Control Panel, then Manage 3D settings. Set the preferred graphics processor to "High-performance Nvidia processor" globally (点此查看). Restart your computer once this is changed.

可以通过互联网连接到电脑吗?
Yes, make sure "Allow remote connections" is checked in the Streamer window. You'll also need to enable UPnP on your router and the Streamer App will forward the required ports automatically. If you want to manually configure your router, forward TCP ports 38810, 38820, 38830 and 38840. All traffic uses end-to-end encryption.

应用无法启动
如果安装了 Riva Tuner,请将检测级别设为“None”。如果使用了 Windows Defender 以外的杀毒软件,它们可能阻止应用正常启动。
桌面提示错误“无法连接到 Virtual Desktop 服务”
Your anti-virus or a problem with Windows is preventing the installation of the service. To resolve this, add an exception to your anti-virus or go to the installation folder and try to manually install it by double-clicking 'VirtualDesktop.Service'
能看到背景环境,但桌面位置是黑屏?
Try turning off the Windows Night light feature, HDR or uninstalling applications that change the color of your screen such as F.Lux. A monitor also has to be detected in Windows so make sure it's turned On.

如何在本应用中运行 Steam 游戏?
Just start your games as you normally would and they should appear in Virtual Desktop. Make sure to disable Desktop Game Theater mode by going in Steam to Settings, In-game and uncheck the "Use Desktop Game theater..." option.
